Not only is it nearing Valentine’s Day, it’s also the anniversary of when Frankie found Erich and Sam!

Also called a “Gotcha Day,” this anniversary is a chance to celebrate when Frankie came into our lives. Here’s to many more years together!

In honor of the holiday, Frankie has put his explorations of the museum on hold to celebrate his present. But I will add that if anyone tells you “Valentine’s Day is not a real holiday” this week, you can inform them that it has been celebrated for centuries! Some historians think it may have been based in ancient Roman tradition, though we’re not certain when exactly it started. Printed Valentine’s cards have been around since the 1700s, though.
